Learn the secrets to painting Clouds and Skies in this one-day workshop. Working in oil paints, we will learn about the various types of clouds, how to find the hidden “structure” of a cloud, and how to capture the illusive wispiness of a cloud. Additionally, we will study the tricks to capturing the sky, especially in various lighting situations ranging from bright sunny day, misty mornings, or glorious sunsets.

This class will take place on April 20th, from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (lunch break at 12:30)

Students may either bring a lunch or buy a lunch at one of the many restaurants nearby.
Materials list available below. For those who wish to rent studio materials, this is possible for a $10 fee.
