One-Day Workshops
Single-Day Classes
Our One-Day Workshops are single-day special events, usually featuring a particular technique or medium.
These may either be a full-day workshop or only a half-day.
Our schedule is always updating, so check back often for new classes & events!
Schedule
This one-day workshop will focus on the autumn landscape, with a focus on capturing the colors of fall foliage.
Class will take place indoors working from reference images (you may bring your own or use one provided by the instructor), but be taught in an alla-prima style that mimics the techniques one would use working outdoors.
We will start with a demo and lecture to break down the basic steps in the process, as well as go over the challenges unique to painting the autumn landscape and how to handle them.
Class takes place on Saturday, Nov 14th, and runs from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 - 1:30 PM.
